Kira’s House is a detached apartment on the ground floor. The outside area has its private enclosure with private entrance. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both of the rooms have their own windows, offering much sunlight during the day. The living room has a sofa-bed with a smart TV and satellite channels. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and electrical devices (oven, frigde, freezer) and a dining area for 5 people. The bathroom is renovated with shower and a toilet. In the outside, there is a spacious balcony with outside furniture and much place to rest and enjoy the street view and relax.

Booking with My.Rhodes Vacation Rentals is easy and tailored to your needs. Select a property from our curated collection and either book directly online or contact one of our experts for further assistance. Once availability is confirmed by our team, you’ll secure your reservation with a deposit. Our concierge team will then coordinate all necessary services to ensure your stay is exceptional and personalized.
How do I pay for my stay?
To secure your booking, an initial payment is required within 3 working days of the confirmation. The remaining balance is due at least one month prior to the rental start date.
Will I be asked for a damage deposit?
In some cases, a security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. This deposit will only be used for necessary repairs or replacements, supported by evidence from our representative. No deductions will be made without a thorough inspection.
Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
- Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- Online pre-bookings are fully refundable until the final reservation confirmation.
Please note that specific cancellation policies may be agreed upon in advance.
