The Sevasti Seaview Suite is a single open-plan space with all facilities uniquely separated, offering comfort and spaciousness. At its center is a double king-size bed, placed in front of a large window-wall that provides abundant natural light, a unique view, and complete privacy. An indoor Jacuzzi allows guests to enjoy the view in a quiet and private setting. Next to the bed, there is a large modern wardrobe with ample storage. A cozy living area is set by the window, while at the far end of the room there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. The suite also features a separate deluxe bathroom, designed to match the luxury aesthetics of the space. Outside, opposite the apartment, a private outdoor living area offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the unique view of Rhodes in privacy. Koskinou village is less than 10 minutes from Rhodes Town and is known for its colorful traditional architecture, narrow streets, mosaicked courtyards, churches, and elegant buildings. It offers many cafés and taverns with local and international cuisine and good wine. Beautiful beaches are just a 5-minute drive away, including Kalithea Beach with its thermal springs (2.5 km), as well as Ladiko and Anthony Quinn Bays nearby.

How does the booking process work?

Booking with My.Rhodes Vacation Rentals is easy and tailored to your needs. Select a property from our curated collection and either book directly online or contact one of our experts for further assistance. Once availability is confirmed by our team, you’ll secure your reservation with a deposit. Our concierge team will then coordinate all necessary services to ensure your stay is exceptional and personalized.

How do I pay for my stay?

To secure your booking, an initial payment is required within 3 working days of the confirmation. The remaining balance is due at least one month prior to the rental start date.

Will I be asked for a damage deposit?

In some cases, a security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. This deposit will only be used for necessary repairs or replacements, supported by evidence from our representative. No deductions will be made without a thorough inspection.

Is early check-in / late check-out possible?

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance.

What are the cancellation terms?

You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:

100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Online pre-bookings are fully refundable until the final reservation confirmation.

Please note that specific cancellation policies may be agreed upon in advance.

What are the property rules?

• Number of Guests
All reservations and financial agreements are made for a specific number of guests. No more than the pre agreed number of guests shall be permitted unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours for Greece during the summer period are: 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-07.00. As a general rule, guests should not disturb, endanger or inconvenience neighbors during any time of the day or night.
• Parties & Loud Music
Our guests are kindly requested to respect the neighborhood. Loud music & parties are not allowed, unless it is organized and agreed upon specific occasion.
• Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the property interior. However, guests who wish to smoke are free to do so on the terrace/balcony. Never leave cigarette buds on the ground or any exterior space.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Damage/Loss/Injury: Upon arrival, our guests are informed of the available appliances and amenities within the property. It is essential that the guests contact the host about any irregularity or technical issues found upon check-in within a maximum period of 24 hours to intervene quickly. Any complaints that will be mentioned upon departure shall not be considered.
• Guests are obliged to use the appliances according to the indications of the property’s representative. Any damage or loss of objects and appliances should be immediately become known to the villa representative. Guests will be asked to pay for the value of damaged or missing goods.
– The property owners or their representatives are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are kindly requested to take care of their belongings & valuables left in the property.
• Before departure
It is desirable to leave the house in the state it was when you got there. You shall not remove any of the property belongings to keep them as a souvenir.
