  1. Booking and Confirmation

To book a property through our website www.myrhodesvr.com, you will receive a confirmation email outlining all the terms of your booking. The booking will be considered confirmed, and the contract between us will be established once you have made the required deposit (30% of the total amount) and accepted the terms outlined in the confirmation email. If the deposit is not paid, the booking will not be considered valid, and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice.

  1. Cancellation and Amendments

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us by email or phone as soon as possible. Your cancellation will not be valid until we receive written confirmation from you via email. If you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus any bank transaction fees and currency conversion costs. If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. Some properties may have different policies, which will be specified in the agreement. The remaining balance of your accommodation fee must be paid upon arrival or 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the property agreement.

  1. Guest Limitations

Only the guests specified in the agreement may stay overnight at the property. We are not responsible for any other individuals not listed as guests.

  1. Arrival and Departure Times

You may check in to your accommodation on the arrival date after the time agreed, and you must check out by the check-out time on the departure date. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. If your arrival is delayed, please notify us so we can make alternative arrangements. Failure to contact us may result in the inability to access the property. If you fail to arrive by noon on the day following your scheduled arrival without notifying us, we may treat the booking as non-show and cancelled.

  1. Complaints and Issues

We strive to provide you with an enjoyable stay. If any issues arise, it is important to notify us immediately so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Delayed communication can make it difficult, or sometimes impossible, to address issues effectively. Issues of a transient nature can only be addressed if reported during your stay.

  1. Housekeeping and Cleaning

There is no daily housekeeping service. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and may be cleaned once a week during your stay, depending on the property’s individual terms. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental price. Towels or linens should not be removed from the property. If you would like more frequent cleaning, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

  1. Hot Tub Safety

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub carries health risks, and guests use it at their own risk. The hot tubs are drained, sanitized, refilled, and replenished with chemicals before your arrival, so they may not be fully heated until later in the evening.

  1. Pool Safety

All of our pools are built to meet the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization. Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. The use of the pool carries health risks, and guests use it at their own risk.

  1. Pool Maintenance

A qualified pool cleaner will attend to the pool at least twice a week to monitor the pool’s chemical content (e.g., chlorine levels).

  1. Fireplace Use

Some properties have fireplaces that use wood. Wood will be provided. Please do not throw paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.

  1. Emergency Contact

A reliable 24-hour emergency contact number will be provided to guests.

  1. Lost Items

We are not responsible for any lost items. Please ensure that valuables are either kept with you or stored in the property’s safe.

  1. Property Respect and Damages

Guests agree to respect the property and return it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any damage caused by guests will be their responsibility. In such cases, guests will be required to pay for the damages. Some properties may also require a “damage deposit,” which will be refunded in full after the property is inspected and no damages are found. If any guest behaves disrespectfully or damages the property, the owner reserves the right to ask all guests to vacate the premises immediately.

  1. Liability

Neither the property owner nor My.Rhodes Vacation Rentals can be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during your stay under any circumstances.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

The contract between you and us is governed by Greek law. Any disputes or issues arising between us will be resolved in the Greek courts.
