Two comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and wardrobes, along with a renovated bathroom with a shower, complete the lower level. Upstairs, you will find two elegant double bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, open wardrobes, and access to large balconies offering stunning views of the pool and the endless horizon — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. How does the booking process work?

Booking with My.Rhodes Vacation Rentals is easy and tailored to your needs. Select a property from our curated collection and either book directly online or contact one of our experts for further assistance. Once availability is confirmed by our team, you’ll secure your reservation with a deposit. Our concierge team will then coordinate all necessary services to ensure your stay is exceptional and personalized.

To secure your booking, an initial payment is required within 3 working days of the confirmation. The remaining balance is due at least one month prior to the rental start date.

In some cases, a security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. This deposit will only be used for necessary repairs or replacements, supported by evidence from our representative. No deductions will be made without a thorough inspection.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance.

You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • Online pre-bookings are fully refundable until the final reservation confirmation.

Please note that specific cancellation policies may be agreed upon in advance.

  • Number of Guests: All reservations and financial agreements are made for a specific number of guests. No more than the pre-agreed number of guests shall be permitted unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours for Greece during the summer period are: 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-07.00. As a general rule, guests should not disturb, endanger or inconvenience neighbors during any time of the day or night.
  • Parties & Loud Music: Loud music & parties are not allowed, unless it is organized and agreed upon specific occasion.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the villa interior. However, guests who wish to smoke are free to do so on the terrace/balcony. Never leave cigarette buds on the ground or any exterior space.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Damage/Loss/Injury: Upon arrival, our guests are informed of the available appliances and amenities within the villa. It is essential that the guests contact the host about any irregularity or technical issues found upon check-in within a maximum period of 24 hours to intervene quickly. Any complaints that will be mentioned upon departure shall not be considered.
  • Guests are obliged to use the appliances according to the indications of the villa’s representative. Any damage or loss of objects and appliances should be immediately become known to the villa representative. Guests will be asked to pay for the value of damaged or missing goods and, for this reason, on arrival you will be pre-approved a sum of money as a guarantee. The same amount of money will be refunded one week after your departure if all the rules of the house have been observed.
  • Before departure It is desirable to leave the house in the state it was when you got there. You shall not remove any of the Villa belongings to keep them as a souvenir.
